Land near Odessa fell

Despite the fact that in recent times the cost of land is almost all over Ukraine increased, prices for building various sites for cottages near Odessa significantly decreased.
Odessa region has been famous for its attractions and places of recreation, so the best hotels in Ukraine are located in Odessa, as the resort area has to completely provide comfort to many thousands of visitors. But in mid-summer, the cost for construction of many plots of land in areas that have started to buy and many directors of hotels in Ukraine, fell to 0.22%, which means a decrease in the price per hundred square meters to 14 dollars. This does not mean that the rent and property values fall near Odessa, but the demand for land in Bessarabia clearly increased.
It is also worth noting that, near many hotels in Ukraine, located near Odessa began to increase their territory, as when buying a few hectares of land now in the southern Palmyra you can save up to 10 thousand dollars.
Should be allocated Ovidiopolskij and Ilyichevsk area in which cost reduction in land prices - up to 7-8 thousand dollars for a hundred. We also note and Belgorod-Dniester, Belyaev and Kominternovo areas, land prices which have fallen to 0,8%, and, given that many parts of these areas lie in the resort area, they are most likely to be relegated to hotels. In Ukraine, land prices in recent months, rose by about 0.25%, so that lowering the value of land near Odessa forces enjoy all nearby residents who would soon buy a land for building houses or cottages.
Also note that the value of real estate throughout the territory of Ukraine has also increased, compared to the spring of this year. This also affected the hotel business, as prices in differenthotels in Ukraine have increased considerably with the increase in rental prices.
In conclusion, we note that, despite the rather sharp drop in prices of land near Odessa, housing costs and rent until the end of the holiday season, Bessarabia would be unchanged.
